How it works
1
Type the expression with the buttons or your keyboard, using parentheses when needed.
2
Pick DEG (degrees) or RAD (radians) for trig functions; press 2nd for the inverse functions.
3
Press = or Enter to see the result; click a calculation in the history to reuse it.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The site is supported by ads, so you never pay or need to create an account.
What is the difference between DEG and RAD?
In DEG, angles are in degrees (sin 90 = 1); in RAD, they are in radians (sin(π/2) = 1). The mode applies to sine, cosine, tangent and their inverses.
In what order are operations performed?
It follows standard math order: parentheses, then factorial and percent, powers, multiplication and division, and finally addition and subtraction. So 2 + 3 × 4 = 14 and −2² = −4.
What are the Ans and EXP keys for?
Ans inserts the last result into your expression. EXP is for scientific notation: 1.5 EXP 3 equals 1.5 × 10³ = 1500.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The page adapts to your screen and does not require installing any app.
